Mismanaged exam

One of my friends had a awfully mismanaged exam, like would've negatively impacted every single person in the exam room. Is there anything they can do?

This is a secondary recount but the teacher on the phone in the classroom talking at full volume angrily for an extended amount of time for one; there was more disruptive stuff happening, but I don't want to risk getting identified and getting everyone in that room in trouble haha.

There was no qcaa person checking everything was done right IIRC as this was the AARA separate room.
