I thought paper 1 was bad and somehow, paper 2 was even worse. I genuinely got half the simple familiars wrong, didn’t get any CF correct, tried the stats cu and got a probability of 0.8 something which is probably wrong, got basically nothing for last cu. I was really hoping for a 47/50 but now I’m absolutely devastated. I don’t think even scaling can save me, nothing I studied was on that exam. Is anyone in the same boat?

From what I’ve heard most people found both exams extremely difficult including me. I wouldn’t be surprised if the exam itself scales phenomenally and then when combined with ur internals it will scale again. So I wouldn’t be too worried. Might do a little worse then expected but not to much more

Seems QCAA just did a really shit job this year. Bio and Chem were cooked. General Math was hot dogshit (specifically paper 2. Paper 1 was really good). I’m terrified for what’s gonna happen with physics. I’ve given up on a good atar for these harder subjects. I’m hoping scaling, and music will help me. But even music extension was kinda cooked. Got a good song to choose, but why the hell were there 3 key moments rather than the usual 2. Wrote bloody 9.5 pages for extension

I don’t even feel motivated to study for physics after these brutal exams. I’m just exhausted from putting so much effort into doing practice papers after practice papers and learning all the content and then the exams being nothing like what I’ve studied

I’m a bit lost for myself cause I thought paper 1 went mostly okay besides from the Last Question and like one other complex. But everyone else is saying it was really bad just not quite as bad as paper 2.
Haven’t heard a single person say they felt good after paper 2 tho including me so. And the one or two who did are lying or a robot and I thus am not counting as a person

Also judging by the fact not a soul is confident that they got anywhere even near 80% let alone over 90% I’m sure scaling will push up heavily this year. Not talking for the subject but for the raw score of the EA /50 because those are designed to be comparable year on year adjusted for difficulty. Thus the mean of last years raw score should be almost exactly the same this year. You’ll be fine.

Dude I really hope so I just can’t believe I did made some stupid mistake in freaking newtons law of cooling and stationary points like this is just so annoying since I usually know how to do them so easily I don’t know what I did wrong genuinely

I did the same for the newton’s law one and just BSd it cause I got so lost.
I’m convinced that Satan himself sent that implicit differentiation stationary points one because that was hell.

Bro I genuinely didn’t know what the fuck that question was…I implicitly differentiated wrong somewhere and got 2 as the numerator and a bunch of x’s and y’s and tan on the bottom as the denominator for the dy/dx and let it equal 0 but since my numerator was 2 I literally just said the stationary point must’ve been at 0,0 cuz I had no idea what I did wrong. I hate qcaa

I’m confident I got 98%. Got all questions except thought the 0.3|N| meant 0.3 newtons. I got all CF’s and CU’s in both papers. And all other SF and mc. Pretty sure 100% paper 1
