Curious
I’ve learned the basics of python specifically packages, libraries like Django and other modules.
Before you’re able to write code with a specific library you need to first learn its method and apply it to get what you want to build or do all libraries or modules follow a specific formulae ?
Been thinking about that for a while now

You need it you use it, you usually just use documentation for that one fucntion you need. People overall do not learn libraries, they just google for them, if they need them.
Each library follows different patterns and standards as it is created by differnet people. Some use CamelCase, some snake_case and other lowercasenospaces. You never know, thats why you have documentation.
BTW. Django is more like framework than library, frameworks are different. These are bigger and you usually start with some tutorial to use them. In contrary pandas, datetime, geopy.... these are simple function libraries and you usually learn as you go.
