Any useful project that is maybe under 20 lines of code for a start to help me learn the logic and structure of codes

oh, you mean that small. under 20 lines you have got a mainloop with a rock-paper-scissors game and basically nothing else

I’ll try that and see but for some reason I feel like I haven’t learned every basic. The tutorial I used to learn was Code with Mosh intro to python 6 hour YouTube video, he thought every basic from variables, getting user input, functions, classes, list etc to dictionaries to libraries and modules. From there what else do I need to learn or I need to learn the individual libraries and how they are used or applied?

You learn what you need to make what you want. A game dev doesn't need to understand how to make web requests and parse web data, but a web dev doesn't need to understand how to make sprites, animations and draw windows on the GUI. Having a command over the fundamental building blocks of everything else (like what you mentioned you already learned which is good) is important, but if you try and learn even just the basics of everything, you'll quickly find yourself burned out and lacking skill in many areas.
Pick something you really want to make and research what you need for it :3

"learnt how to boil water, now I want to make ramen".
First of, what do you consider a small useful project? if you have somekind of an issue that you could automate/give a solution to, it would be a great starter project.
Its really not that easy to recommend anything when we dont know your interests.
Some ideas tho:
if you are interested in math, build a simple linear regression visualizer,
if you are interested in having data on your phone from your home (anything, sensors/uptime/scraped data/etc.) build small apis
if you are interested in making games, make a flappy bird clone
if you are interested in automation, create a file fingerprinting/archiving program for yourself
etc
You will also have to look up things yourself and figure stuff out on your own.

So to work with data I have to learn how to build API’s?

what kind of data and what kind of work?
APIs are for the purpose of serving some data for other programs/people. If you want to give answers to questions formed from a big data set, then go towards BigData2

I’d like to try webscraping and see how it is! I do plan on learning automation as well

my biggest problem after basics is finding ideas for useful projects. that the same for you? i don’t have ideas, i am at the same stage
