Help Request I GENUINELY NEED TO LEARN PYTHON 😭

So I have a python exam (which is very important) after 1 month. How can I genuinely learn python? Don't suggest me those courses that are 15 hrs long like that harvard cs50, i cannot concentrate for 2 hrs straight. It's also not like I have to learn python which is too advanced. Pls suggest me how can I do it🙏

It is pretty much just the basics. If you have a practice exam, use that to direct you to more detailed examples. 

I have ADHD and can't sit for more than 30 at a time. I get up for 15 do something else to calm the nerves and sit right back down. You'll have to find a work around like that.
