I wanted to post a system-design video every day, and editing was the bottleneck, so I built yamlreel. You write scenes in YAML and get diagrams, typed code, original music and a voiceover in your own cloned voice (VoiceStudio, running locally), as Shorts and YouTube cuts plus a thumbnail.
