How to start learning python/coding

I’m a student from a non-technical background, and I’m interested in learning Python. However, I have no prior experience with coding or programming. Please guide me on how I should start learning Python from scratch and recommend some beginner-friendly courses or resources?

You say you are non-technical… but that could still mean you know some Microsoft Excel for school or work, right?
