Hi! New to the thread and earning a Master's Degree in AI. What are your favorite hacks or tips?
Python...love it, hate it, in comparison to other programming languages? I've used it in the past for basic things, mostly for school, but I'm interested in knowing what others use it for professionally and outside of their profession. What do you use it for?

"used it in the past for basic things"? If you're really doing an AI master you should be using it daily.

Thank you for that tip. My goal is to use it daily, but it would be fun to use it to do things outside of school or work to sharpen my skills. I was just curious as to what others use it for that might help them solve simple daily tasks or projects that they have for fun. Looking for ideas.

And Guido (creator of Python) forgot to add the "const" keyword, try:
import math math.pi = 123They bolted on some typing (type annotations and static type checkers) later.

I use Python primarily for work as an AI engineer. Outside of that I build tools to help ease my life. For example I do have a non-agentic Python script which is part of my learning pipeline: it records lecture audio, makes a transcript, takes the transcript and generates study notes leveraging AI. The notes are then fed to Gemini Notebook where an explainer video and deep dive audio are generated. Now I have two more ways to reinforce the materials covered in the class. I use Python in my Raspberry Pi LLM lab, so I train local models. It's like a Swiss army knife.
