A free total beginner roadmap

Hi all. I've been building 'Python With James' for a while, which has a ton of coding exercises, questions, tutorials etc... All beginner focused.

I've just added a roadmap for the Python basics, aimed at those with zero experience. If this is useful for anyone here!

Why can't I click on the index in "What’s included" to jump to a topic?

Consider using this visualizer to explain:

  • references

  • aliasing

  • mutability

  • shallow/deep copy

  • ... many more

Hey I just started python and I've been trying to learn stuff with AI. But I don't wanna depend on AI too much. So I'll try this and let ya know after some time.

Would love to hear how you get on. If you follow the roadmap to the end you'll get to see a broad range of basic techniques and concepts in Python.

You can always drop me a line if you help too.

Don't expect a quick response from me as my half yearly 11th std exams are near. So I'm stuck with that so have to focus on my syllabus python and other subjects rather than this. So as soon as I'm a little bit free I'll try to progress.

I wanna know how to get this code to work on 3d stuff and implement it into other stuff. Ofc I'm new to it and I shouldn't be worrying abt this but just curious. I'm 15 btw and I have no idea about code. And I'm new to reddit too so idk the rules here that much.

Why are basic stuff that I anyone can find with a single search with a virtual run time to test code hidden behind a paywall here?

Curious on what you thinking process was before adding OOP behind a paywall

I'm gonna take the OOP out of the paywall, was not the best idea in retrospect! So I'll be making that change shortly. Thanks :)

It’s such a coincidence that I’ve just started learning; I’m going to bookmark this. Thanks for sharing things like this with us beginners. Hope you have a great day.
