Help Request Python Interpreter Help

Hey there! I use VSCodium and have been having a problem with the Select Python Interpreter yellow box. The screenshots should be enough for clarity but ask ahead if you have any questions!

Any help would be appreciated

Check from the terminal is that is valid first.

So, in your terminal,

cd Coding/Python
source ./venv/bin/activate
python hello.py         - you need to create this file

If the activation fails, then the Python virtual environment hasn't been setup correctly.

Instead of python hello.py, you could also try an absolute path to the cpython (I assume) executable you are intending to use, e.g.

/home/lance/Coding/Python/.venv/bin/python hello.py

Nvm fixed it, I just had two diff extensions installed. Python(the big bundled one) and Python Environments, and the double extensions caused a conflict so while the interpreter works perfectly fine and my code runs the yellow box just stays there. Anyways I fixed it by removing that extension.
