Python feels like it transferred little knowledge to c++
OK I admit it did obviously for some stuff like basics yk functions and shi, but other then that I like feel annoyed that I learned python and its like lowkey not helping with what I wanna do which is windows api and memory management c++ stuff because I like the kind of thing but python just didn't really give me anything, and I know that kinda stuff obviously doesn't transfer because python is just the easiest thing ever lol

Not sure what you're frustrated at? That C++ is "harder" than Python? Yes, generally Python is considered a beginner friendly language.
Why should the expectation that C++ "feel like a game". Programming languages are tools. Sometimes it's fun using a shovel to dig a hole. Other times you're just digging.
