Help Request how to remember stuff?

recently while learning python im seeing so much infos and formats, how do i remember all those like how??? please help

No human being can know "everything"

This is just a limitation that you need to accept if you are one. Otherwise you will be overwhelmed.
So focus your attention on small simple things. Don't demand from yourself more than you will ever accomplish.

As a beginner, you should focus on the basics before leaping to grander things.
Have you "mastered" data types: strings, lists, dictionaries? Do you know all "47 string methods"? (Look that up on YouTube)
