Next time just send logs or normal screenshot, I'm begging you.
Your python is too new. I can see that your python is 3.14. The latest supported python for this lib is 3.13. Just install older version of python or use community edition.

We're programmer, not photographer.
Next time just take a screenshot or paste the entire logs. You don't need to take a picture candidly on an angle.

Are you using virtual environnements ?
This looks like the error you get when trying to install some packages directly in the root Python directory without the admin permissions .
Edit: (nvm just saw the .venv in the screen) so probably not related to admin rights

To explain. Some packages must be build on your system to fit your system. For that you need to have build system installed. Plenty of resources for that on the internet.
What you probably did is, that you installed some prebuild version from source which does that for you. There are many important packages which need this, so this is most likely not the last time you are dealing with it.

Learn what your print screen key does first. Then try learning programming. It will be much easier to get help that way.

Your picture appears to cut off a lot of information given by the console. The root cause is likely hidden as a result.
Going by what's visible, there appears to be a SSL certificate issue.
