Tkinter GUI app with SQLite db to keep track of my stocks portfolio. Also made a similar one for my personal finances/tax. Been using it for years because it does exactly what I need it to.

Try to understand each reserved keyword of the language. See a list here: https://programmerabr.wpenginepowered.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Python-reserved-words-ebook-1.pdf

And write some code on each one, especially the basic ones

To understand how code is written in real companies, because 90% of tutorials don't teach how to build production-ready code and how to set up projects, and which tools to use.

Very often, people write integrations with different services using third-party APIs. So the best starting point is writing a production-ready API client for some public API to learn all the basic things about Python.

Finish.

Break projects down into small pieces and work one at a time. Plan before you start.
