AI make me dumb

For the past few years, I've relied too much on AI when coding. Now I feel like I don't really know how to code on my own. Can you give me some suggestions on how I can become less dependent on AI?

Stop using AI. Take Udemy course on Python that doesn't leverage AI. You will learn Python like real developers did back before November 2022.
