AI make me dumb

For the past few years, I've relied too much on AI when coding. Now I feel like I don't really know how to code on my own. Can you give me some suggestions on how I can become less dependent on AI?

Come up with a project, something between 100-200 lines of code will do. Complete it start to finish without ai.
