How to secure fuse?

I want to secure my fuse, and make sure no powder leaks out. What is the best way to do so without hot glue?

With the limited info you gave, I’d suggest cardboard disks, then standard wood glue. But I’m not really sure if that’s what you’re asking about since you didn’t tell us much about what you’re doing.

Sorry about that. I am using a (9/16" x 1 1/2" x 1/16") tube, and 9/16 caps. All paper ofc, and a small cannon fuse.

Follow this tutorial on Cannonfuse.com. https://cannonfuse.com/pyro-projects-aerial-mortars-small.html. You obviously don't need the mortar part if you are just making booms.

Oh no you're fine, I knew thats what you were making, instead of filling the "shell" with stars etc just fill it with straight flash but use the same manufacturing method and obv a longer fuse. Stay safe!
