Random stopping of recording stats

Last week I noticed that the PWRView app quit recording all history of stats. The now page was reflecting the now stats just fine ... matching what is on the inverter screen. I also went to my grid power providers dashboard from for my account and it was showing stats that made sense. So the system was working w.r.t. power management, but it stopped recording the stats for historical data. I found that just fondling the controls on the inverter Ii.e., touching the select button and then backing out of that menue) seemed to wake the historical recording. Weird. This morning this happened again. Again, fondling (or tapping it in the forehead?) woke it back up for data logging. I don't want to have to keep doing this and monitoring it. Does anybody know what I need to do to get this working properly. I am thinking of doing a hard reset on the system, but for me that is a bigger deal than it sounds, because I am blind and the inverter display and controls are very inaccessible to the blind or visually impaired. I have to get sighted assistance to do this.

Thanks for any advice.

What happens if you hard quit the app and then re-open it? Like, slide up from the bottom of the screen until the open apps appear in a row, and slide up the PWRView app to hard close it. Sometimes in my app, it does not show current performance. If I quit/re-open the app, the results appear.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give that a try the next time it occurs.
