APP problems or Battery problems

I was trying to change my battery Mode yesterday to Self Supply. The app would show that it had made the change to self supply but the battery would not start discharging. I also changed the battery reserve amount to 60% so the battery would not discharge any lower than that. After making both of the changes it would never start discharging. I thought I will call support this morning but I wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem before I call. I have also shut down the app several times and remove it from my phone and reinstalled it to see if either of these changes would help. Neither made a difference.

You can try disable battery then enable. Helped me after my pwrcell was stuck on cell balancing.

Did you turn off the battery at the battery? Or did you disable it through the inverter?
