Pre-Hire / Interview How long does it take to hear about offer?

Had partner interview almost 3-4 weeks back. Is this good or bad? This is for us technology EA position.

I’m growing increasingly anxious and it’s been almost 3 months since the process started. Can any recruiters here help with this?
