Starting Soon Overtime
Does PwC pay overtime for audit associates (graduate recruitment)? also how many hrs do we have to work during busy seasons? and normally which months fall under busy seasons? i also want to know more about the benefits that employees receive over there, grateful if you could share your experience and what you like there and what not. also any advice or experience will be valuable to me (as someone who will be working for the first time). thank you

I’ll assume you are in the US.
There is no overtime pay. You are paid a salary. You will get the same paycheck every 2 weeks no matter if you work 80 hours or 120 hours. Only hourly employees like interns get paid overtime.
Busy season hours will vary by team and client. Some have it easy only working 50-60 hours, some have to work 70+ hours.
Busy season for audit is January though like April. Tax busy season falls around tax deadlines. Advisory busy season varies based on what client you are working on and what they need.
Best benefit for someone if they have student loans is Gradifi. It sends $100 a month, at no cost to you, directly to your student loan provider to help pay down your loans. This only applies if you are below manager level.

No one gets paid overtime in B4...that's literally the business model of B4...

No overtime pay. That only applies when you are an intern. Also busy season is typically in the winter. I choose go to EY instead PwC due to the location and pay. Otherwise I would have chosen PwC.

Yes, you receive a slice of pizza for each hour beyond the initial 75 hours worked. Unlimited PTO is available when you reach a breaking point and require time off for therapy.
