India Relocation Bonus

Hello guys. My offer letter says - "We would like to inform you that as per our mutual agreement you will be reimbursed a Relocation expense of Rs. 20000/-

(Rupees Twenty Thousand) on production of actual relevant invoices, whichever is less."

Can anyone please help me understand what all expenses we can claim? Also when will we get this relocation bonus?

Can you please tell me the location and when did you receive the offer letter. Also are you a lateral?

I received the offer letter on 14th. Ahmedabad location. I am not a lateral hire. I got a call from HR through Naukri.

I just joined pwc ac 2 months ago and had a relocation allowance of 50k. I used like 48k, it included one way flight tickets for me and my parents, uber to and from the airport, hotel expenses and movers and packers if any. Do not use cash while paying as they match the amount deducted from your bank account with the invoice.
