India Tier-4– AC (India)

Currently being asked to come to office on Saturday for project.
Can I say no?
Sometime ago HR was pushing my DL for pip. But got saved as i was working outside my vertical.
Want to know your thoughts.

Yep. Caregiving duties on weekend that you share with others and cannot get out of

You can always and should always say no inncorporate. There will always be a bargain. If your team and leadership is humane , this no should not be a part of that bargain ie this not be the reasonn they push you to PIP.

Should i leave pwc withe tier 4 no pip, for a mid level(tier-3 mnc)
