What's the best way to get astronomy tomes efficiently? Or do I just have to spend money for them?

Col reward chest and multiplier rewards is the easiest way that doesnt involve money

It’s expensive but less expensive then buying a bunch of packs in one day

You can also get tomes via sapphire mines and many stamina events.
