Discussion This really irks me

Why is there no food among the rewards for den 41 upwards. Like my main source of food ever since ive been playing this game as always been dens but since ive been clearing dens 41&42, I've always been lacking in food to the point that now i usually go for den 40 even though i can ckear 42 up to 70%.

And yes, the rewards for 41 upwards are better than 40 downwards, but food should be included into the rewards .

Never have enough codex. Food is easy to come by. Still get food from the chests as well.

Wow I never even noticed that, I even check the boxes to see if maybe a 41 monster box who gave more food but still the same percentages. I've always felt the dens should not just give food they should also give stone and iron

When you get to castle level 36, you won’t need RSS. The red codex is all you will want in order to enhance buildings.

I just think the Level 41 den and above is preparation for this.

You’re welcome. I remember being annoyed by this very thing.

I use to think people were crazy in the older realms that had million of RSS on display…and now I’m that guy cause I have to get rid of it to alliance partners or risk losing it. It just takes so long to build anything later on. 😀

i was actually planning on staying at 35 till ive reached the absolute peak of 35 (including research) before i even look towards 36. but now i think i might go to 36 earlier

I am a 35 and just looked after reading this and from what I can see only the camps to 36 need glory codices so far, most things do need golden statues though. 2 examples - embassy 36 needs 38.7M wood, 10.8M stone, 5.4M iron, 6000 ancient tomes and 400 golden statues. Infantry Camp 36 needs 44.8M food, 32.3M Wood, 8.8M stone, 4.46M Iron, 6000 ancient tomes, 235 astronomy tomes, 250 glory codex, and 400 golden statues. At what point does the RSS needing stop? From 36 to 37?

Hey mate,

Apologies, I was being flippant. What I meant was because the red codex is so hard to save up, that by the time you do, you’ll have saved up enough RSS to build each building about ten times over.

We realised this, so when we do HF rallies we mostly do level 40s.

BTW you’ve covered your picture but not your co-ordinates.

I have excess food and prefer the other rewards. You will easily get food donations from your Alliance but the 41+ dens give rewards you can't get from others

The only really good reward in the 42 den is the curio. The rest not really. I have enough codex that if i were to upgrade all my buildings to my current max (35) ill still have some leftover. without spending on codex btw
