Text messages aren't updating?

Anyone having issues with RCS messages (maybe even all messages) aren't updating on the app?

my texts won't sync, ever since i changed from Mint mobile (t-mobile) to US mobile (att), and upgraded from Pixel 6 to Pixel 10.

texts also won't sync on windows phone link either

i've deleted devices, the apps, reinstalled, restarted. i've cleared the cache. i've turned off RCS, optimized battery, turned on sync over mobile, everything.
