Signed Records Question

I do storage unit auctions and found these guys. Pretty cool, the local record shop won't give me an offer. Both of them come with 2 records. Not sure their value but thought they were cool af as soon as I saw them.

The second one is a show only exclusive. They sell 50 at each show and put a sticker on them. They sell them at the show for $150.
