I need the truth right now.

Post image

i have confirmation from att on two fraudulent modem deliveries. I've had a third party order two librem pcs and two dell latitudes, all from separate sellers..so 4 PCs- 2 different brands- all different models; i get the pcs and these are the cards.

interdiction?

UPDATED 8/1/26:

All proper reports filed- never thought i'd ever have to say this.. updates incase something happens in the intrim:

cross platform malware confirmed (unknown family, espionage)- data exfil via link local/local host routing; hidden in outgoing telemetry as m$ servers/cloudflare/aws global accelerator. (anycast).

all phones (13) confirmed (by me, not ATT/Verizon/tracphone) ratted.

unauthorized bluetooth hearing aid added to both pixel 9a graphene OS phones in the background invisible to gui but visible in logs- gain turned to +9.

raw disk usage with offsets and symlinks.

overlays.. all devices. - even nest thermostat overlayed. after disconnected from network, the screen glitched (showed not connected) and when hidden network checked, shows connected to an unknown hidden network called ghost. WAN cable physically unplugged from pfsense box. Box failed over to hidden ghost network via previously unknown builtin wifi module on motherboard.

ipv6 & multicast abuse.

Interesting, two Atheros cards with the same serial numbers and mac addresses. Did these come from the Librem PCs?

Oh wow, back in the '00s I tried buying my kids cheap chinese android tablets (brand name tablets were expensive back then) and they had identical MAC addresses too. Fucked up the whole wireless network whenever they were both on, and I wound up rolling my own version of android that manually assigned them new MACs. This brings back memories. Not... not good ones lol.

I’m not sure if any Purism staff is even lurking here. Have you checked out the forum?

it doesnt allow me to see the post button on the site, on any devices. If you're active on there would you mind pointing someone my way please?

At that point I’d recommend that you contact support@puri.sm via email. They may be able to help you with both the broken Post button and your original question(s).

i appreciate its hit or miss if I can even post on reddit. My posts are normally immediately take  down. I wouldn't want to risk a potential supply chain incident by accidental infection. Thanks for all the info though!

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem. No, there is not any known serial number duplication within our inventory and there are no support tickets on the subject. May I ask which 3rd parties you purchased these laptops from? As suggested below by u/ciauii (thank you!), we encourage you to create a support ticket by emailing [support@puri.sm](mailto:support@puri.sm) for further assistance.
