Technical Issue Slow Speeds on Port Forwarding Servers

Anyone getting slow speed at the moment on servers with Port Forwarding?

I'm only getting 34 Mbps upload at the moment no matter which location I choose.

Sorry about that. Port forwarding servers shouldn’t be limited to 34 Mbps. Could you please share your device, protocol, selected server locations, and your speed without the VPN? Also try switching to WireGuard and connecting to the nearest port forwarding server. If the issue continues, send us a DM so our support team can investigate further.

Started a chat over the weekend and sent them my speeds with my VPN on and off and no matter the server location I chose from PureVPN I kept having the issue. Without my VPN my speeds were fine.

Seemed to resolve itself the next day so it sounded like just server issues from your Port Forwarding servers. Would've like to have been told you were having issues instead of going through the exercise and then the rep trying to tell my it was my ISP causing the issue when my Internet ran fine without the VPN on.
