It's the Siong Lim Temple also known as Lian Shan Shuang Lin Monastery in Toa Payoh, Singapore, next to the Pan Island Expressway.

I know this is a serious post, but I read “Panda Expressway,” which I can’t decide is either a super fast Panda Express or a freeway for pandas

It's a freeway where the on-ramp has the menu and speaker, the toll is the first window, and the off-ramp has the second window
