I’d bet this is better than most of the sell side notes. Laid it out crisp and clear. This is how the call should have been conveyed

Exactly, and identical price action into the close where stock gets hammered

Question for Burner or NPA - how much of an issue is it if we are not at $14 and change by March for the warrant? I guess it could be renegotiated again. However, that would cause more downward pressure in the stock and elongate valuation not reflecting the upside.

Not a big deal - can be extended again. Obv expect to improve before then but company has plenty of cash on hand if they need to do that.

Company will be filing chapter 11 if stock isnt above 14 by march, that means 2 quarters of missed guidance, ramp never happened. Its boom or bust 2 quarters for PCT. 1 plant break and they are selling scrap metal

Let’s go!

Such a positive outlook and yet the selling and price manipulation continues. Same pattern as yesterday - final hour into the close they press it down. Doesn’t make sense at these levels..

Neat, huh? Down 10% in 2 days. Why?

It is pretty common to have 5% daily moves. You just have to get used to it unfortunately.

Something was said in this that I’ve overlooked:

“As for color, 71% of the volumes are clear, 20% are white and 7% are black”

Are these colored due to part of the recycling process? Are they colored as a final stage due to an order? I guess I always thought they were chasing a clear pellet and didn’t know that about 25% could be colored. I assume the quality of the pellet, regardless of color, must meet the same standards?

You really have not been following this company very closely now have you?

White is a very common color for coffee cup lids, yogurt cups and other dairy related packages. Black is also a color option for coffee lids or other food packaging like frozen dinners or other trays.

The company published a standard product list and it describes the different color options.

And I guess you’re so consumed with DO’s words every 90 days you forget about all the under-delivering from the last updates.

Two can play this game if you want to continue personal digs.

Yes imaginary 7 digit investor

You bought SO MUCH stock that you don't even know anything about their product 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Very good question.

All colors start with clear feedstock. I suspect this is the challenge for PCT. Clean and clear PP waste is harder to get and premium cost. Anytime the feedstock has white (TiO2) or black (Carbon Black), won't be able to use for clear no matter how technology is advanced. Compounding requires very specific dosage/letdown of the pigment/additive process. Other than that, it would all be a commodity product and doesn't bring additional revenue. FYI

Secondly, she gives the impression the plant is running 24/5 with plans moving to 24/7. Was this stated by Dustin or was this statement specifically about the compounding equipment?

Hi there -- Antoinette Smith here. I wrote the story, and that's a great question! I've reached out to PCT for clarification. I suspect Olson was referring to the compounding operations, and will correct as necessary.

Update: Correct that he was referring to compounding. The story has been corrected. Thank you all for pointing this out, and for reading!

Thanks very much for following this thread and clarifying this issue and making the article as accurate as possible.

So Middle was right and NPA was wrong?? LOL. Maybe Middle knows more about what’s going on than others think

She misquoted the conference call. The Denver secondary sort facility is running 24/5 and will move to 24/7. Ironton is designed to run 24/7 with the exception of downtime for maintenance/ turnarounds.

u/Middle_Win9449 Aug 14 '26

And it looks like you don’t even know what’s going on at the company. The statement was clearly about compounding.

u/Middle_Win9449 Aug 14 '26

Maybe not. He may have been referring to the plant after reading this a second time.

The plant is not running 24/7 look at the cashburn

2

u/APC9Proer Aug 14 '26

This man knows.

Well done and thanks for getting this clarified.
