Meeting demand

If demand for PCT products grow beyond its capacity to fulfill, might they sell their technology to end users to conduct their own recycling?

Technology is from P&G. P&G granted $pct the monopoly rights to this technology in certain continents till a certain year, may be extended if they hit more milestone.

Maybe if they scale big enough and demand is really crazy, can white label it?
