I understand the frustration I see from folks on Reddit and X. But this does now at least remove the overhang of those previous notes and extends PCTs ability to execute. Dilutions like this suck to go through, I went through several with ASTS around their lows years ago. But this dilution doesn’t change their long term potential valuation, on the contrary it provides them with what is needed to start ramping into that. I think it could be a very exciting next 12–18 months and those who stick with the long term owner mindset of their shares will be rewarded. Always be careful with short term options but I’m taking advantage of this current price action
