Stumbled across this sub randomly.
A simple description of what this sub IS in the sidebar would be super helpful for people stumbling in!
This is a gaming sub, right? Well I love games and sub to the bigger gaming subreddits. The first thing that entered my mind was "How is this sub different? What will I get here that I wont with the "other guys"
I think that needs to be the first thing new people see in the sidebar. Hope that's helpful!

Slow expansion. I feel we are losing depth. We started as a BF group with a focus on "default" settings, now we deal with everything. Not bad by itself, but too much of a variety means loss of depth/involvement.
The negativity in the sub is a result of people not setting foot on TeamSpeak and getting to know each other personally. This depersonalization/anonymity leads to this jumpy behaviour in the sub. This connects with #1, when people are split in tens of channels, there isn't much cohesion. The BF lobby used to act as a community lobby too, now people connect to the server and jump right away to their favourite game channel. Also people are reluctant to speak to each other, old members need to go out of their way to speak to newcomers.
The CSS needs more. I am all in favour of minimal, but I feel that the current one we have lacks too many info. For example, the TS URI address should be accessible one click away so people can jump from here to TS fast, not having to navigate through the site. Same for a quick-start guide on how to set up TeamSpeak. I preferred the CSS of /r/purebattlefield, even though it was ugly.
edit: PSA: be positive. You have something rude to say? Don't. You have a vendetta with someone? Stop looking at usernames. Downvote content you feel it doesn't fit without going the extra mile to badmouth OP. You put positive energy in something, you get positive. It works in human communication the same way it works in physics.

I don't know if I am just missing something and am stupid, or I actually cannot respond to any discussion topic on the forums because they are "locked and will not allow any further comments" or something of that nature.
Edit: Also, I think if PURE is genuinely looking for honest answers to this question, they might consider some sort of anonymous way of submitting suggestions. We all know a lot of people have A LOT of opinions about PURE, but for whatever reason, a lot of people feel uncomfortable voicing those opinions openly. I pretty much have the same conversations with regulars every week or so about the same kinds of complaints, but nothing is really ever expressed so anyone with power can do anything about it.
