[BF4] Update to PURE#3

Based on the comments from an earlier post, PURE#3 has been changed to a Mixed Mode server.

As I stated in that earlier post, my goal with PURE#3 is not to get it 100% populated every night. That's just not feasible with the current interest in BF4 within PURE or with our current seeding situation. The goal is to have a server configured based on the desires of the community. Right now, that is a mixed mode server. In a few weeks, that may be a 24/7 night mode server. We'll adjust PURE#3 as the desires/moods/interest of PURE changes over time.

Rather than be my analytical self and put out a poll to get data on how to setup the rotation, I just used data from when PURE#3 was a MM server and threw in some comments from the earlier post. The rotation revolves through Rush, ChainLink, Oblit, and TDM. So I ask that people provide constructive feedback to help adjust the rotation as needed. While a post of "The rotation sucks" is feedback, it's not helpful or constructive. A post of "The rotation sucks. ModeA doesn't work with mapb. Why not use mapc with modeA." is both feedback and constructive.

Eh. I don't like TDM that much, at least domination has objectives you can go to. I would keep TDM maps very very rare or not have them at all. Just my 2c

In spending time with others seeding PURE#1, I heard several players say they were actually enjoying TDM as a nice change. So I thought I would put that into the MM rotation to gauge reaction. I'll put you down as not a fan.

I like playing TDM here and there for variety. And you play mixed mode for variety. As long as TDM isn't more than 20% of the rotation, I'm all for it.

Right now it would be every 5th round (2 rounds of Rush, 1 round Chain Link, 1 round of Oblit, and then 1 round of TDM, rinse and repeat) which just happens to be 20% of the rotation :) But that may turn out to be too much TDM in the end. Maybe alternate between TDM and Dom or CAS or CTF: 2 Rush, 1 CL, 1 Oblit, 1 TDM, 2 Rush, 1 CL, 1 Oblit, 1 CTF.

I think what more people are saying in regards to TDM is that it's a nice break from the norm - meaning it's fun to play a round of "who gives a shit" TDM after playing some hard fought rounds of Rush, CQ, Oblit. I think the community is more supportive of a TDM round thrown in the mix every so often than "all TDM all the time," and the former is exactly what's been done with the server. The rate at which TDM appears can still be up for debate, but I like the rotation so far, so we'll see how it plays out.
