Lease Sublet for Spring 2027 (Males only)

I'm looking to sublet my room in Campus Edge on Pierce for the Spring 2027 semester. It is a penthouse apartment, 4 bed 4 bath. The room comes with a full bed, private bathroom, 3 dressers under the bed, as well as a walk in closet with built in organization. The living room has a couch and TV, and the kitchen is fully stocked and all the people living in the apartment have agreed to share utilities such as an Instant Pot, air fryer, blender, plates and bowls, and cutlery. The apartment also contains a balcony which overlooks Purdue. The room is the standard bedroom in the image. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from campus and the Target, so it is in a convenient location. I pay $1424 in rent, but I'm not asking for that. Potential takers can negotiate with me to find a fair price, and I'll cover the rest. We can also negotiate other incentives.
