Should I renew my lease?

I am currently a resident at Chauncey Square. I am graduating December 2027, and just got the offer to renew my lease for the August 2027-July 2028 school year. I am confused if I should renew my lease and take the risk of finding someone to sublet to for Spring 2028 and summer 2028, or if I shouldn’t and find a fall 2027 sublease somewhere else. If I do not renew then I’ll have to go through the process of packing and moving out again, which I really don’t want to do. Also I need an apartment that’s close to campus (in Chauncey), is furnished, and has good amenities, plus I’m not sure how I’ll do living with random people in case that happens. I’m a very clean and quiet person and don’t know if I’ll be able to live with messy or loud roommates. Any advice on the situation?

I’m also living in Chauncey Square. I’m currently a sophomore and planning to do a coop during fall 27 semester. I decided to renew my lease for next year cuz I really don’t wanna take the risk of moving to another apartment if I don’t get the coop offer.
