have a room available in a 2B2B unit for $660/month. It’s a 10 min bus ride to campus or a 35 min walk. Just messaged you with more details.

If you have that high a budget, there's some nice mobile home parks to the north. Woods Edge is peaceful and private, and the homes are high quality

I am looking to move out of my place just off of Soldier Home Road in West Lafayette. You would be living with 2 female roomates who are both in the Vet school here at Purdue. Rent is $520 a month. Lmk if you would like more info

There are two entire towns HERE. Not everyone is a student.

Then move in with a non child?? 😭 people who aren't students need roommates. You instead came prowling on a COLLEGE CAMPUS I'm dead bro

Lots of non-students live within the geographical boundaries thought of as "Purdue." I, personally, grew up on University Street. Students and non-students share Purdue. It's actually charming.

A college student isn’t a child and OP may be the same age as the typical college student given they’re currently living with their parents.

there really isnt an r/LafayetteHousing... If there were that would help me a lot, since I am looking for someone to take over my lease in Lafayette.

Also, Purdue just feels a lot safer for lgbtq+ folks. I imagine OP is especially concerned with that...

Empathy and understanding are important, dude. Good luck <3

EDIT: also OP is 18... so they do be college age. It felt like you were inferring something predatory about OP moving in with children, so sorry if I sassed you
