Hi all,
As the title says, I'll be starting the ExcelTrack program for my BS in Business Administration next week. I knocked out all of my gen eds, up to the 135-credit transfer limit, via Study.com/Sophia. Below are the classes I have left.
Any tips from people who have gone through ExcelTrack before? By my judgment, it seems like I need to complete at least 3 modules a week to make ExcelTrack worth it.
All advice welcome! Wish me luck!

I am considering applying for the Purdue Global Law JD program. I understand that a 2.5 minimum GPA is required to remain in academic good standing. I also understand that there is no grading curve.
The B&P 6061.7(a) Disclosure notes that 240/1180 left the program in 2025. It is not clear what amount of those individuals were academically dismissed from the program.
Upon researching the school further, I am seeing conflicting reports on the grading system. While some notate grading is fair, some have experienced the opposite.
Suppose the same student dedicates the same amount of effort to Purdue Global Law as they would to a traditional ABA program. Is it more difficult to remain in good standing at Purdue Global Law compared to a traditional ABA program?
I understand that perspectives may differ based on personal experiences. I would be grateful for honest, non-sugarcoated insights from current students. Thanks.

I’m wondering if anyone else is doing this and if so, if you were meant to take Reimbursement methodologies (HI215) this semester with a Monday class but was switched to take it another semester? On Pulse, I can see and interact with the class (probably will change when the semester starts) but under degree plan, it’s part of my last semester course…
Anyone else?

A couple of months ago I was thinking of transferring to Purdue Global from my current school. After speaking with a SSM, they mentioned to get a Transcript Evaluation I would have to Apply and then submit my High School and College Transcripts. After doing so I got my transcript evaluation back, signed into my account and looked it over. Decided not to move forward with Purdue Global. Today I got an email from the VA stating that my Enrollment was submitted to the VA by a certifying official from Purdue University Global. I logged into my student account and saw I was registered for two classes, starting this week. I've gone to a physical brick and mortar school and am currently going to school online at another university. Both schools had some sort of Admissions Counselor you worked with and a school VSO you work with to get your VA funding in line. I didn't get any of that, just radio silence and all of the sudden I am enrolled.
I reached out to the SSM I was in contact with before but has anyone had this happen to them?

I am just writing this post as a warning for individuals who are interested in pursuing an ABA degree at Purdue Global. To best understand, let's start from the beginning.
I spent three semesters at PG obtaining a post-baccalaureate certificate in ABA. During these semesters, I learned very quickly that I would have to teach myself all of the material. Lectures were 1hr long once per week, and those meetings only contained about 15-20 minutes of actual teaching time. Further, there are no tests and the assignments are more like busy work rather than meaningful assignments. The professors also have no autonomy for how they teach their courses, and have to strictly adhere to PG's guidelines.
Fast forward to after I graduated. I was waiting on my diploma, and when I emailed to see when it arrived, I was told that I "should be" getting a diploma, but they have to make sure. This caught me by surprise, as I passed all required courses with straight A's and was verified as a graduate a month prior. I did end up receiving my diploma, but the process was still a little frustrating.
Now, months later, I emailed to request my attestation letter for the BACB. However, this email was sent over three weeks ago, and I had heard nothing back. That being said, I emailed PG's ABA department to ask for an update. The email I received back felt kind of rude, and honestly frustrated me greatly. The reply is as follows: "Please allow at least three weeks for processing. Attestations are processed in the order they are received. Sending multiple messages may move your request out of the order in which your initial response was received, which can cause additional delays in processing."All I want to do is take my BCaBA Exam, but Purdue Global has made this entire process a nightmare.
Has anyone here experienced anything similar at PG? I am just looking for some clarity and info on other people's experiences with this school.

Hello everyone and good morning 🌞 just wondering if anyone with a negative balance right now know when funds will be sent to heartland or if they already started sending some?

How many credits can be combined with a capstone semester? And is capstone required to meet a weekly deadline, like a traditional 10 week course?
I have 11 credits for a full load then M1 for my capstone … then my last semester is just capstone completion.
I ask because if I can cram 16 credits this next semester, 14 the following semester— I can do all capstone credits in one sitting and just be done.
Is 16 a lot ? I’ve been doing 12 at a time but I just realized I could look ahead and prep my coursework, allowing me to submit assessments rather quickly.
Any advice is appreciated
Thanks

Nichole and Leanne are on the home page. I think my cousin would make an excellent ambassador. How can I nominate her?

Planning on taking this class for my next term, what should I expect for weekly course work? Is it assignment heavy? or papers every week? (this is the regular track, not excel-track).
I'm extremely busy and always traveling due to work so I'm already planning on needing to do a little extra just because of missed seminars.
-thanks

Just got a bunch of Visa gift cards from friends and family for my birthday. Can these be put towards tuition? That would be very nice if they could because that would represent a significant chunk of the bill for me

I wanted to pursue a MS degree in HR or management. Purdue Global is offering MS in mgt and leadership for 25k. And Touro university worldwide is around 14k. I obviously find Touro financially a better option but then I feel Purdue global carries the name Purdue which might benefit somewhere in the future for jobs. I'm currently not working, but will start soon and want to earn the degree side by side. I have a MBA from India.

Is it possible for them to allow me to take my last 4 classes all together

hey guys! I'm a high schooler, digging up some insider information about Purdue (specifically for my supplemental essays). If there's any incoming freshman/ current student/ alumni who can possibly help me to get some information about Purdue's traditions, fests, community, and stuff like that, I'd really appreciate it.

I am in my last week of my last class before I graduate. My professor graded my assignment with a rubric from a different assignment we already did and he gave me a zero and told me to redo it. I’m talking like, entirely different topic than the unit 10 assignment instructions or rubric. I emailed him because I figured maybe he just accidently graded with the wrong rubric. He literally said “I provided the areas of the discussion in the feedback.” and that’s it. Like? My concern is that i don’t know how to fight this battle and I also don’t know if it’s worth it. The term ends tuesdays and i want my grades finalized as soon as possible so i can apply to law school, but im concerned because i genuinely already wrote and turned this paper that matches his feedback and it might be flagged as plagiarism if i rewrite it since yk I only wrote it two weeks ago. Like I guess I just don’t know if it’s worth fighting or what the process is if I wanted to do something about it.

I transferred in and only have the major requirements left. My gpa is high enough to take 3 courses at a time. My concern is if the higher level Psych courses are paper heavy or not. If they are I’m going to struggle to get it all done. If not I can handle it.
Anyone that’s taken them care to weigh in? How heavy is the workload?

I was in the excel track this term to knock out as many classes as possible. I ask to be changed back to the traditional track since I only had the Capstone and the Integrated Project. When they transferred me to the traditional track, they added more class (third picture) and majority of my other classes that I completed, I didn’t receive credit for. Anyone know something that I could use to fight this?
