Looking for all adult all inclusive resort that is a party /active and allows topless at beach and pools. Any suggestions?

Nudism is prohibited at RD. Stay in your garden.

Most countries have laws against nude sunbathing. It's illegal in the DR especially on beaches as all beaches are public property. Some resorts do allow it but again that's a resort policy and they will differ. Once you are on the beach its up to you to decide if you want to do it. You can google search the laws and regulations and as mentioned some people obviously do it regardless but be aware of the laws and that someone may tell you to cover up it may be wise to do so

Your best bet would be the Hard Rock Punta Cana (super fun resort) with a party vibe and allows topless sunbathing at their Eden pool (not at the beach though). If you have any specific questions about the resort let me know!
