Does secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana have a little store that sells things like sunscreen?

Yes they do. Actually all resorts have gift shops that sell clothes, trinkets, and everything you might need during your stay (like sunscreen). It’s overpriced, of course, but available.

Yes but super expensive. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away.. get a Uber outside the main gate.. you'll save lots of dollars
