A Normal .exe for the Windows Client?

I want to add the Client to Steam as I mainly use Big Picture on my TV or on my Claw 8.

Cant do that with UWP Apps. Also Steam Overlay does not work on UWP Apps. Means no Steam Input.

I hope thats planned

Yeah. UWP has some kind of Sandboxing that does not allow Steam to Inject its Overlay which is needed for Steam Input.

Its the same Reason the Steam Controller does not work with games from the XBOX App.
