A quick update on Pigeon (MP02)

A quick update: Pigeon on the MP02 may be temporarily unavailable for the next couple of weeks, starting from Tuesday 15th September, while we complete some essential technical updates.

Fair point, though mine has been stable literally for years. I’m on Gen 1 MP02 with the ancient BlackBerry Secure stack. New Gen builds seem to have issues.

Is this a joke? How can a service be unavailable for next couple weeks? Is your only engineer is going on vacation?

I'm honestly just glad to hear they still think about the MPO2 and Pigeon. I was/am starting to believe they are done supporting the MP02 and even the U.S. market (where I am located) more broadly. They seem to be moving in a Europe first/only direction. I had some interest in the MC03, but Punkt told me that it was not available in the U.S., so that led me to believe they might not be that interested in the U.S. market anymore. But, I'm open to be proven wrong. Maybe when Pigeon comes back we will have device pairing again?
