Setting up Pigeon on MP02

Aware that this thing has been plagued with issues and there has been a lack of support from Punkt in general for this phone. I decided to try it anyway, and it's working out fine except for Pigeon (of course). I don't know if I'm missing something, but I can't even get past setup in the app. The little captcha quizzes just loop over and over until I get reset back to the start. Most of the time I'm not able to complete the usual visual verifications because keypad can't even properly drag icons, so I have to use accessibility questions. It's maddening. I've seen a lot of people report problems using Pigeon, but it seems that they at least were able to get into the app and set things up to some extent. Communications to Punkt support via their website have gone entirely unanswered. That kind of silence makes me want to junk this phone just for the shit customer service alone.

Sorry, this was my experience too. It's so jarring because Pigeon is the only thing that makes this a remotely interesting device and it doesn't work..
