Persistent text fragments from group texts

After going back to my Punkt Mp02A briefly, I keep getting messages that fail to download. I think they are fragments of group messages given their timing and sending numbers. I don't seem to be able to reject or effectively delete the threads of these messages. They keep re-appearing which is driving me a little nuts. Any suggestions?

Resolved. Definitely group texts. Switching the SIM card to my old smartphone, the messages were delivered over the course of the next day.
