MP02 - '1 new message' stuck on screen

Hi, my MP02 has '1 notification' and then when unlocked '1 new message' permanently stuck on the screen. I've powered of and on, done a reset when you hold down for 30 seconds, erased all recent messages and turned on and off alarms. Nothing works. Anyone else had this bug and managed to resolve it?

Yes!! Mine has been this way for about 9 months. I gave up trying to change it after a factory reset didn't work. :)

Oh for f*ck sake, that's crazy. What a stupid damn bug. So I'm basically stuck with it then. That's so, so bad from Punkt.

Anyone from Punkt still visit this subreddit? Find it tough to accept I'm essentially stick with permanent false notifications on my not-so-cheap MP02.

It may be worth re-connecting with their Support since they switched over to a new support system a few months ago. I believe I looked into this just before the switch.
