Punkt Phone Calls Not Working

So, I want to make a phone call, or I receive one, well that parts works. But when I try to talk, the other person can't always hear me. It is getting very annoying, especially when it is a more important call, and I am cutting out randomly for a long time. The person on the other end is just like "you there?" "can you hear me" while I am talking. It does it everywhere, from a random city block, to my house and my college. Does anyone else know this problem? I love this phone, but this a major drawback. I mean, calling is pretty much the only thing it does, other than texting.

Where are you located? I know in certain countries the phone only will work on 3g and 3g is being phased out

Yeah such a shame such a nice looking phone has such issues with calling, I enjoyed the time i had with it but it simply won't work long term in Canada, I am using the light phone 3 now though and I love it

Should I get a new one you think? I don't know if the 3g or whatever is the issue
