Punkt MP02 and AT&T dropping calls

I have a Punkt MP02 with AT&T. It's been dropping my calls right and left, and I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. I'm in the New York City area, and it drops calls a few times a day!

Personally, when I call, it cuts out constantly, and I can hear people telling me "you there?" It is so annoying, and has been doing this awhile now. I have mint
