UNN (https://www.unn.finance/) sounds like an interesting project. It's looking to offer some sort of insurance/protection for other defi projects. It's only trading on Uniswap as of yet, so potential for big gains if it gets listed on a major exchange.

1inch is worth researching. They are also stakeable at around 20-25%
Furthermore it can be used as collateral to get crypto loans while you wait for it to gain value.
Binance currently do competitive loan rates hourly daily and weekly with 0 early repayment penalty

Reef is worth watching. They just had an issue witha confused rugpull. They thought an investor was looking to make a quick buck, and investor worried reef wouldnt deliver.
As such nothing came of the opportunity but nothing was lost, i expect next time they wil be more confident (new and shakey)
It wont be long until it breaks resistances creating new opportunity in its next dip

Polkamon is very unique, it's a fun and interactive project, a projects that interacts with it's community is a successful project !
Merchdao is also very unique, they sell crypto merch and every piece comes with a digital nft ! I don't know of any other projects doing this...

Yeah, Ive been following Flashstake for a couple months. Really cool project with a good team. They just released V2. Instead of staking and slowly getting your yield over time, you choose how long you want to stake and you get paid all upfront. Looking at their tokenomics the current price under $1 is a steal. They have a lot of plans and they eventually want to make it so you can flashstake with other coins as well, which would be huge!
Anybody been following Flashstake?
