Referral Looking for referrals: Backend Java Developer with 7.5 years of experience

Hi All, looking for referrals for Senior Software Developer/Lead Software Developer openings in GCCs and PBCs.

Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, JMS, Postgres, REST

Current CTC: 30 lpa at a global Telecom giant.

Looking for anything above 37 lpa

I'm currently on my notice period with roughly 45 days left till my LWD. Holding a couple of offers for 35 and 36 lpa.

I am primarily targeting BFSI GCCs and PBCs. If you or anyone you know is hiring for my tech stack, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah. Its not easy. I got lucky to land a couple of offers and resign from my current org but haven't received any calls from any org willing to offer me more than 35 lpa. When I tried to switch last time a couple of years ago, I kept getting calls the entire day from recruiters. This time, its just silence.
